SettleUp Collections is designed to help teams turn a compliance question into an evidence-led handoff. This page explains the public boundary: what a visitor can verify, what remains private, and where human or counsel review is required.
01 · Source material
The public explanation begins with statutes, approved policy, and context supplied by the team. A citation is a starting point for review, never a substitute for counsel.
02 · Observable decisions
A useful output makes the observable concern and the supporting source easy to inspect. Internal decision maps, thresholds, and implementation details stay out of the public surface.
03 · Human judgment
The workflow can organize evidence and surface a review question. A named business owner and qualified counsel decide whether a real communication or action may proceed.
04 · Evidence trail
The intended handoff is a concise record of the source, the relevant facts, the open question, and the next review step. The public demo uses synthetic or redacted material only.
