What this session records

  • A session cookie (a per-browser anonymous id) so the founder's CRM can stitch your tap, reveal, and post-reveal handoff into one timeline.
  • Which clause you tap (a tap-zone label only — never the clause body or the full letter).
  • The campaign source, talk id, and QR variant (only if you arrived from a tagged Brainstorm 2026 link).
  • The fact that you added a first name to the optional participation leaderboard (the name itself stays in your browser's localStorage — never sent to the server).
  • An optional work email — only if you choose to submit it on the post-reveal handoff slot, never before.
  • The path on /demo/landmine where each micro-event fired (so the founder can replay your session for funnel tuning).

What this session does NOT record

  • The letter body, the clause bodies, or any free-text review answer you might have typed.
  • Any real consumer PII, real matter data, or any production record — the letter is a synthetic fixture.
  • Your first name — it lives only in this browser's localStorage; the server-side event only sees `firstNamePresent: true`.
  • A card number, a payment intent, or any Stripe identifier — there is no card and no checkout on this entry surface.
  • Any email before the reveal — the only email field appears on the post-reveal handoff slot and remains optional.

What is Spot the Risk?

Spot the Risk is the on-stage hand-shaped demo at Brainstorm 2026: a synthetic debt-validation letter ships with five tap-able clauses, the defective one is the landmine, and the reveal walks through the controlling FDCPA citation + plain-English + statutory quote. The letter is bundled offline-friendly so it still runs in airplane mode.

Anonymous entry · no signup · no card.

For the moderator on stage

  1. Read aloud — the conglomerate letter body verbatim, then prompt the audience to tap the clause they believe is defective. The first tap flips the card to a tapped (correct / not the landmine) feedback state — no prompt for a second guess.
  2. Reveal — the reveal button unlocks the answer key, the room-safe leaderboard, and the email + QR handoff. The reveal scrolls into view on small screens so the back of the room never has to squint.
  3. Hand the room the QR — the same QR URL threads attribution into the Brainstorm 2026 funnel, so a contact captured after the talk lands on the founder's CRM timeline with the prior landmine micro-events already stitched in.
  4. Per-finding benchmark — for the same letter, a deterministic per-finding benchmark (citations, rationale, evidence requirements, safe next action): /demo/landmine/agent-benchmark.
